Title:Kumari Puja held in Gaibandha

Gaibandha, Bangladesh. October 21, 2015 [DrikNEWS] – Mohashtami, the third day of the five-day Durga Puja festival of Bengali Hindu community, was celebrated today. The main attraction of Kumari Puja (worshipping of the virgin Goddess) was held at temples and pandals across the country. Ankita Chaterjee (8) was chosen for the worship this year at Ram Krishna Ashram Mission, Gaibandha. Hundreds of Hindu devotees offered Anjali (prayers) before the virgin Goddess at the Mission seeking her blessings for peace, prosperity, welfare, fraternity and changing of their fate.
